Support provided for older versions

Announced November 14, 2007, RightNow has scheduled end-of-life support dates for older versions of the RightNow application.  RightNow will fully support software releases for 24 months following the date of the release.

6.x and prior	May 31, 2008
7.0	August 31, 2008
7.5	November 30, 2008
8.0	February 28, 2009
8.1	May 31, 2009
8.2	August 31, 2009
November '07	November 30, 2009
February '08	February 28, 2010
May '08	May 31, 2010
